Handcrafted by Hancock & Moore, one of America's premier heirloom furniture makers out of Hickory, North Carolina, this is a genuinely high-end leather sofa built to last generations. The maker's tag is intact underneath (confirming "Protected Leather" and Hancock & Moore's registration label), so you can buy with confidence — this is the real thing, not a lookalike. Upholstered in warm cream/champagne top-grain leather with rolled arms, individual seat and back cushions, and a handsome brass nailhead trim tracing the arms and base. It sits on turned dark-wood bun feet that ground the traditional silhouette. The leather has a soft, lived-in luster and the frame feels solid and heavy the way bench-made pieces do. Condition is good and honest for a vintage piece. The leather shows expected softening, sheen, and light patina from use, with some subtle discoloration/darkening on the back panel (see photos) and minor surface marks. No tears, rips, or structural issues noted. Cushions are full and supportive. A great candidate for a den, study, or living room where you want real leather and real craftsmanship. Pickup in Madill, OK. Please arrange help for loading — this is a heavy, well-built sofa.
